I started a civil engineering degree in 2006 because I liked the course descriptions and it had the word environmental in it.  It also had a comfortable salary.  I continued the degree because I didn't think I could.  I got my EIT in 2010 on the first attempt and started believing in myself.  I finished the degree in 2012 and am beginning my career.
